Welcome! I’m Hannah

My Story

As a young woman navigating past trauma, I struggled. CBT — though a powerful tool — only went so far. I couldn’t understand why, when I was doing everything “right” in therapy, I was left with this seemingly ever present emptiness and despair.

The only times I seemed to find solace were those that connected me spiritually: yoga, meditation, time in nature. It wasn’t until starting EMDR that I noticed real shifts in my wellbeing, in my relationships, and my capacity for joy and connection. That experience showed me what I now know to be true: the path to healing is through the body.

Today, my work blends the science of trauma healing with the wisdom of embodiment and spirituality.

My Background & Influences

My work integrates somatic practice, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), shadow work, and Attachment-Focused EMDR, with the body as the primary guide. EMDR and other modalities are used in service of what the nervous system is ready to process, always guided by embodied awareness and relational safety.

My work is deeply shaped by:

  • Facilitation at an ayahuasca center in Pucallpa, Peru, working alongside the Shipibo people

  • Training in EMDR, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and psychedelic integration

  • Over a decade of study and ongoing embodied practice of Yoga and Buddhism, including a 200-hour yoga teacher training (2016)

I view healing as both personal and collective — a radical act of liberation that reconnects us to our inner wisdom and to one another.
