I currently see clients living in New York State virtually via a secure telehealth platform. I also offer in-person therapy in Brooklyn Heights, Brooklyn on Thursdays.

At this time, I am considered an out-of-network provider for insurance companies. However, I can provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if they have out-of-network coverage.

Session fees generally range from $180-$300, however I operate on a sliding scale basis as part of a commitment to accessibility and equity. Rates are determined collaboratively and revisited as needed, honoring both financial reality and sustainability.

There isn’t a set timeline — therapy looks different for everyone. Some people come for a few months to focus on a specific challenge, while others choose longer-term support. We’ll check in together along the way to make sure therapy continues to meet your needs.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice (outside of emergencies), the full fee is charged.
